A geek is a performer who bites the heads off of chickens (which no one does anymore out of kindness to chickens of all kinds), eats bugs, eats glass, regurgitates razor blades, drinks windex and so on. Anatomical wonders use their knowledge of their own anatomy to perform marvelous feats like pounding a large spike up their nose. Krystine can do many of these acts (except bite the heads off chickens since that's cruel to animals and Krystine is a vegetarian).
